I've enquired about my wedding and given you the date. Does this mean the date is safe?
A wedding date is only safe once a booking fee has been received. Until then, we cannot guarantee availability against other enquires for the same date.

Where can I see a price list?
A price list is available upon request when you fill out an enquiry form via our website.

Where are you based?

We are based in the Ribble Valley, Lancashire but we travel all over the country for our weddings.

Is there a minimum number of people needed to book?

There is a minimum number of 3 people for a wedding booking. This can include 3 makeups and/or hair.

When will you contact me back?
Once an enquiry has been submitted through the contact form on our website, we aim to get back to you within 48 hours. During busy periods, this can sometimes take a little longer so do please bear with us, and we apologise for this inconvenience.

What is the best way to contact you?

Nowadays, there are many various ways to make contact such as Instagram, Facebook and Messenger etc. but the best way is via our contact form on our website.

I’ve contacted you via your website and not heard anything back. Have you received my enquiry?

As mentioned above, during busy periods it can sometimes take longer to reply to enquiries. However, please make sure you also check your junk folder as sometimes emails can make their way into here!

When and where is the makeup and hair trial held?

The makeup and/or hair trial is usually held around 2 months before your wedding date. This is because by this point you will have a clear idea of the theme of your wedding, dress, flowers etc. You don’t want to have your trial to early as with the seasons, makeup and hair trends can change and you can sometimes change your mind close to the date! Trials are held at The Luxe Sudio in Great Harwood.

Do you just offer hair and makeup on the wedding morning?

There are two options for your wedding day. We can either be with you just on the morning until you leave to get married or we offer a 12-hour service where we will stay with you from the morning until the evening. If you interested in this type of service, please let us know during your enquiry. 

Do you only offer bridal services?
Our main priority is bridal services however, Amy Lauren MUA is also available on Fridays and Saturdays at The Luxe Studio in Great Harwood. If you are looking to have your makeup done for another special occasion such as a birthday, christening or other celebration please enquire via Facebook or Instagram. 

I don't wear a lot of makeup and I’m scared of it looking too done up, can you help me?
We work with you to create a look that enhances your beauty and makes you feel the best that you can feel! We discuss all of this before the trial and it’s always good to find inspiration pictures for us to have a look at the type of look you are wanting to go for! Make sure you also have a look at our Instagram page to get a feel for what we do!
